Jonathan W. Groessl has been representing local businesses for over 30 years in the areas of corporate, real estate, construction and business law. Before locating in Janesville, Jon worked in the Business Combinations areas for an international accounting firm, in the mergers and acquisitions area of a private equity firm, and as the Assistant General Counsel for a major heavy equipment and truck trailer manufacturing concern for several years.

Duffy Dillon
Duffy Dillon brings more than two decades of experience to the table when it comes to litigating personal injury cases and civil disputes. After spending the first 19 years of his career working at two of the largest law firms in Rock County, Duffy decided to launch his own firm in 2019 so he could leverage the power of modern technology and serve his clients better. Duffy now focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury cases, civil litigation matters, general counsel matters, and family law cases.
The Class of 1993 valedictorian from Janesville’s Craig High School, Duffy and his family have resided in Janesville since 2000. He has proudly served on the boards for the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin, Janesville Performing Arts Center, Janesville Youth Baseball & Softball, and Janesville Generations Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin.
Joshua Patrick Grube
From State Prosecutor to private bar defense attorney, Joshua Grube has found great success while wearing many different hats within a courtroom. He has cultivated relationships with judges and prosecutors, taught and trained law enforcement officials, and has experience dealing with highly sensitive family situations.
Outside the courtroom, Joshua has volunteered his time in leadership roles on the boards of the Janesville Performing Arts Center and St. John Vianney Catholic school, was a founding Advisory Council Member of the Walworth County Boys and Girls Club, and is an Former Adjunct Instructor for Upper Iowa University.

Jonathan W. Groessl joined Dillon Grube, LLC in January 2021 after working for over 30 years at well-known local law firms. Before locating to Janesville, Jon worked in the Business Combinations areas for an international accounting firm, in the mergers and acquisitions area of a private equity firm, and as the Assistant General Counsel for a major heavy equipment and truck trailer manufacturing concern for several years.
A Wisconsin native, Jon concentrates in the areas of corporate, real estate, construction and business law. Jon obtained his education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with a BA in 1982, and a MBA in 1983. He then worked in Milwaukee for several years in the finance area before graduating from DePaul University College of Law in 1988. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Katharine Cullen
Katharine Cullen assists clients in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters.
Born and raised in Janesville, she enjoys spending her free time with her family, exploring all that her hometown has to offer.
Chris Hermanson
Chris Hermanson joined the firm as a paralegal in 2020.
Chris resides in Janesville with her husband Allen and has two adult children. She enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and exploring new places.
